Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited 2-day and overnight shipping options at checkout for those last-minute gifting needs.

Can I add a personalized gift message to my order?

Yes! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a custom gift message. This will be printed on a high-quality card and tucked inside the package at no extra cost.

What is your return policy for gifts?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact our support team with the order number found on your packing slip.

Do your packages include pricing information?

We understand these are gifts! All Giftory orders are shipped with a 'gift receipt' that lists the items included but excludes all pricing and billing information.

How can I track my gift once it has been shipped?
